About

Who am I?

Building on her many years of experience Tessa has acquired a multi-cultural view of law and society. From the start of her career, she was fascinated by themes related to (economic) migration and international (private) law, more specific relocation and employment, visa, family reunification, nationality and citizenship, asylum and regularization, investment and business-based immigration.

Tessa followed various education and training courses in order to delve deeper in this matter. In order to further specialize in European law, she started LL.M. International and European law in 2019 at the Free University of Brussels. As part of this education, she was able to take classes at the prestigious Sorbonne University, campus Abu Dhabi (UAE). She contributed as co-author of the book ‘EU Energy Law and Policy: the external dimension’ edited by Prof. Dr. Rafael Leal-Arcas, Eliva Press, 2020.
